Daikokuya Global Holding Co., Ltd. is a Japanese holding company.

T&E Soft Co., Ltd.

T&E Soft Co., Ltd. was founded on October 14, 1982 by brothers Toshiro Yokoyama and Eiji Yokoyama. The company title used the first letter of each of the names of the founder. Two other explanations for the name are "Tri & Exciting" and "Technology & Entertainment".

D Wonderland Inc.

T&E Soft Co., Ltd. changed its name to D Wonderland Inc. in May 2002.

Deep Co., Ltd. and Digital Golf Co., Ltd. acquisitions of T&E Soft title

In April 2005, Deep Co., Ltd. acquired the rights to the trademark for the T&E Soft name.

In January 2006, Deep Co., Ltd. was absorbed by Digital Golf Co., Ltd. Digital Golf formed a video game development studio in Nagoya using the brand name T&E Soft.

T&E Soft Co., Ltd., acquisition by Dwango, and absorption into Spike Chunsoft

The T&E Soft development branch of Digital Golf became an independent studio titled T&E Soft Co., Ltd. on January 21, 2008.

Dwango, under its Games Arena branch, acquired T&E Soft Co., Ltd. on January 30, 2008.

Seven months after the June 2012 closure of Games Arena, in January 2013, Dwango absorbed T&E Soft into its Spike Chunsoft branch.

Daikokuya Global Holding

D Wonderland Inc. changed its name to Daikokuya Global Holding Co., Ltd. in January 2015.

Acquisition of T&E Soft rights by D4 Enterprise

D4 Enterprise acquired all intellectual property rights to the T&E Soft library on March 4, 2019.
